Wuxi High Speed Rail Business District Management Committee: Business procurement agent service.
Evering was selected by the business district authority as planning advisor and agent for business procurement (land concession). The business district, in 23-minute time distance from Shanghai by High Speed Train, spans over 45 sq. km. and is planned to become a sub center at the east gateway of city of Wuxi which is a major economy and tourism destination in East China. Evering brought to the district a well-known international investor that intended to acquire land for city-scale development.
