Chongqing Purun Holding Group: Business strategy and management control system
In2013, the client was a 600-million-RMB private construction business on the way of diversification. While growing rapidly, the company realized that its weak organization and management system would not able to support a sustainable growth any more. Evering was entrusted to conduct diagnosis and proposed a growth strategy and management control system. As a result, a new positioning and growth strategy was announced, a group organization re-designed, over a dozen key management processes put in place, and performance evaluation system established.
