Beijing Xi-Cheng District Government: Strategic planning for sustainable development of Shen-Sha-Hai Historical Culture Reserve (2013-2014)
In collaboration with a Beijing local urban planning institute, Evering was engaged in the strategic planning for Shen-Sha-Hai area – the most important historical culture reserve in the capital city of China. Evering’s work covered subjects of industry clusters and market research, measures for sustainbale development, tourism and commercial planning, investment stategy and business model.
