A confidential client: Strategic planning of a logistic park in Urumuqi, Xinjiang Province (2014-2015)
Evering was commissioned to study on the development strategy and conceptual master plan of the largest logistic park ever planned in Urumuqi which will span over 5 sq.km. Evering’s work included economic study, business model, stragic positioning, land use analysis and master planning.
