Lijiang Ancient City, World-Class Characteristic Town Planning Consultation (2017)

In order to advance Lijiang's strategic goal of building a "world-class cultural city", Lijiang City and the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized a research project on the world-class characteristic cities of Lijiang Ancient City under the policy framework of characteristic towns. Jinmaogu Town, Snow Mountain Art Town and other projects have a total planned area of about 10 square kilometers. Evering Consulting cooperated with Shanghai Tongji Planning Institute to complete the overall planning and constructive detailed planning. Evering Consulting is specifically responsible for formulating overall development positioning and industrial planning for the project, including industrial positioning, industrial layout, industrial development path and strategic measures, key project planning, and put forward suggestions for the project's operation management mechanism.
