Planning of Shaxi Characteristic town, Yunnan Province (2017)

The project is located in Jianchuan County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province, covering an area of about 3 square kilometers with the ancient town of Shaxi as the core. Evering Consulting worked with Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute to formulate a strategic plan to further improve the ancient town to a new height meeting the standards of the National Level Characteristic Town. Evering Consulting is specifically responsible for formulating the economic plan for the project, including economic clusters, cultural development, and strategic measures as well as the investment and operation management mechanisms of the town. The project was successfully declared as a National Characteristic Town.
