Shanghai Jiading District Planning Bureau: Strategic Planning for South Gate Business District, Jiading District, Shanghai (2012)

Situating between Shanghai downtown and old town of Jiading district, the 40-hectare site now occupied by automobile plants is to be regenerated so as to fully realize its strategic location advantage. Evering proposed a mix-use development plan centered around a business park accommodating world class research centers and BPO activities that are in line with and will reinforce the district’s economic base. Residential, hospitality and cultural projects are also planned in the site in order to ensure viability and dynamics of the project.
