Beijing Xi-Cheng District Gouvernement: Urban regeneration strategy for Ma-Lian-Dao community, Beijing (2013-2014)

Ma-Lian-Dao community, located in Xi-Cheng District, Beijing, is a well-known commercial zone featuring tea market in the country. After long-term spontaneous development, there have been urgent problems such as sluggish industries and chaotic functions. Evering Consulting cooperated with Zhongyuan Planning and Design Institute to provide strategy consulting and planning and design services for this project. The tasks of Evering Consulting include market research, economic study, development mix and feasibility studies.
