Fuzhou Langqi International Ecotourism Island： Strategic planning of Ecological Free Trade Zone (2017-2018)

The project is located on the Langqi International Ecological Tourism Island in Fuzhou, covering an area of about 2 square kilometers, belonging to the Fuzhou Free Trade Zone. In the context of the island's implementation of global tourism development, Evering Consulting formulated a development strategy and master plan for the town. The goal is set to build a world-class ecological town embracing the “Maritime Silk Road” strategy with five major industrial clusters to be accommodated. The original control plan was adjusted and a phased development plan was formulated. The proposed plan was highly recognized by the client and provincial and municipal government leaders.
