Kelaibao & Evering visiting Yangtze-River-Delta cities

From October 18th to 20th, 2019, President of Evering Consulting, Tao Ming, accompanied Mr. Li Qingrang, Chairman of Hunan Kelaibao Bio Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect the investment environment in East China, and successively visited the Nanjing Liuhe District Government, the Circular Economy Research Institute of Tongji University , Rugao Port area of Nantong City, Chenjia Town Development Company and Big Data Industrial Park in Chongming Island of Shanghai. They discussed the cooperation on bio-degradable membrane industrialization projects from the perspective of project location, industrial policy, industry-university-research cooperation, and investment and financing opportunity.

The whole biomass degradable film is made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as raw material. It can be fully degraded into carbon dioxide and water in natural environment with any treatment. It is a truly environmentally friendly technology product and can completely replace the currently widely used plastic packaging films that are almost never degradable. Kelaibao plans to land a number of production bases with capacity reaching one million tons or more in East China within the next 10 years. The project has received strong interest and support from all levels of government. Evering consulting team is assisting Kelaibao to accelerate the implementation of industrialization projects in East China.
